  • Dates are not reserved until both contract and payment are received

  • Final deliverables and timelines are outlined in your individual contract

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as HoneyBook and Stripe.

  • Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to your invoice terms

  • Late payments may result in delays in service or delivery

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are outlined in your signed contract and will take precedence over general website terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All images and content created by Meg & Co. Studios remain the intellectual property of the Company.

  • Clients are granted personal-use rights unless otherwise specified

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission

  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not liable for:
